Make the data argue back
A claim-first data framework for preserving meaning across sources, aggregation grains, transformations, and product surfaces.
Claims are the unit of correctness
A source can be accurate, a transformation can be valid, and a component can render exactly what it receives while the product still lies. Each layer can be locally correct and the end-to-end claim can still be wrong.
The framework begins by writing the claim in plain language, including its grain, time window, population, and uncertainty. Only then does it inspect the implementation.
The reusable artifact
The end state is not an explanation of the bug. It is a contract that fails when the same semantic disagreement returns, ideally using an independently derived comparison rather than repeating the production calculation.
